After years in development, researchers refined a now patented de-glutenisation process that ensures the pilsner is made sans substitutions and only with organic ingredients—and all without compromising the flavor, of course! The company marries their modern, wholesome brewing process with their traditional roots. Based in the historic Czech town Žatec, CELIA began brewing at the end of the 18th century on the site of a royal castle and it continues to do so today.
